Together, we can create a personalized exercise program tailored to your needs and goals, with a focus on nutrition, strength, movement and flexibility.


I'll motivate you to keep your fitness goals, and we’ll have fun achieving them together. My workout programs are safe and effective.

Thirty years ago, my friend Angelo injured his spine, leaving him paralyzed from the waist down. Together, we designed and created a personalized exercise, nutrition and training program, which, after six years, enabled him to bench press 300 lbs. at the body weight of 114 pounds, breaking a world record!

 

This experience is why I became a personal trainer. I want to help people achieve their goals - regardless of what obstacles they may have.

Improving our ability to move around comfortably and effortlessly through training, in addition to working on stability and agility, are essential components of Functional Fitness.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is the process of putting one’s muscles and cardiovascular system through a sustained amount of work for an extended period of time. Through consistent training the functions of your body will improve. Sessions can last between forty five minutes to an hour. The workouts are tailored to each individual.

Workout Planning is the process of figuring out which combination of exercises work best for an individual, and then making modifications along the way.

CONSULTING

A brief consultation to discuss goals will take place prior to the first workout. A consultation helps us determine whether we’ll be a good match to work together. From there we schedule our workout days and times.
